CALDWELL, ID - UNOH women's soccer saw their season come to a close at the hands of The Master's Thursday afternoon after an 88th minute goal sealed the game for the Mustangs.
The teams went back and forth in the first half but struggled to break down the two defensive backlines producing just one shot on goal over the first 45 minutes. The second half began where the first left off, but as the match aged space began to open up on both ends. The Mustangs were much more effective in that space ripping off eleven shots to the Racers' one but just three made it on frame. UNOH was able to fend off each attack forcing the game into the final few minutes still scoreless. The decisive moment came off a Racer foul near midfield that set up a long free kick for The Master's that produced the match's only goal of the day with just 2:19 left to play.
With the loss, UNOH concludes the 2025 campaign at 17-4 overall, the program's most wins since 2019, making their eleventh NAIA Tournament appearance in 13 seasons. The Racers garnered both the WHAC Regular Season and Tournament titles for the fifth time in program history and first since 2019.
