Braun Voted WHAC Player of the Week

For the second consecutive week, UNOH softball picked up a WHAC Player of the Week honor with junior transfer Tayler Braun earning the first of her career.

Braun recorded at least one hit in each of her team's five games last week ending with an impressive series against Bluefield on Saturday that extended her team leading hit streak to nine games. Against the Rams, Braun went 7-8 from the lead off position with a triple, a RBI and three runs scored while stealing five bases over the two games. She struck out just once over 19 plate appearances last week and took over the team lead with ten stolen bases this season.
