Tatur Wins Third WHAC Player of the Week

For the third time this season, Northwestern Ohio freshman Margarita Tatur has been named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Player of the Week.

Tatur helped her Racers to three wins last week while going a perfect 3-0 in third line doubles and 3-0 in sixth line singles. UNOH opened with a 6-1 win over NCAA DII Walsh on Wednesday where Tatur took her doubles matchup 7-5 before winning singles 6-3, 7-5. The Racers played twice the next day beginning with a 4-2 win over No. 14 Marian and finishing with a 7-0 victory over WHAC foe Lawrence Tech. Tatur was dominate all day picking up a 6-1 doubles win and a 6-4, 6-1 win in singles against the Knights before making easy work of the Blue Devils 6-2 and 6-0, 6-2.
