Women's Golf Finishes Season at NAIA National Championship

YPSILANTI, MI - The UNOH women's golf season came to an end Wednesday at the NAIA National Championship at Eagle Crest Golf Club. The Racers held steady at 27th after two rounds following their round one 328 with a 347 in the second.

Luise Pekoll led the team with her best 36-hole score this season going 74 and 84 for a 158 that kept her in the top 50 of 154 prior to final round cuts. Kudzai Mandava was four strokes back from her finishing 82, 80 for a 162 followed by Molly Douglas with a 164 after carding rounds of 80 and 84. Kayla Watkins rounded out the four-player team scoring with a 191 with Riley Daeger ending at 205 for the tournament.

As a team, the 2025-26 Racers shaved more than 15 strokes off their team average from a year ago ending the season with a 325.09 average through nine events and 22 rounds. Douglas finished with the team lead averaging 78.50 earning three individual medals, four top fives, and seven top tens in her freshman campaign. Mandava ended just a fraction of a stroke behind with a 78.64 earning a team high six top fives and seven top tens this year.
