Women's Golf Places 21st at NAIA Women's Championship
SILVIS, IL - UNOH women's golf finished 21st of 30 teams at the NAIA Women's Championship, missing the final cut by just nine strokes as a team.
After sitting 19th at the end of day one with a team score of 329, UNOH dropped two spots on day two despite shaving four strokes off their team score. The Racers shot 325 in round two for a two-day total of 654, nine strokes off the final cut line (645).
Sharifah Binyahya led the way again for UNOH firing off a 77 in round one and following with an 82 in round two for a 159 total. Rafaella Brigante was two strokes behind with a 161 shooting 81 and 80. Ebba Nordin finished another stroke back with a 162 after shooting 80 and 82. Primross Chikwaya and Kayla Watkins rounded out the team's scoring with a 172 and a 196, respectively.
