DEARBORN, MI - UNOH women's basketball wrapped up the regular season Saturday afternoon with a tight victory over UM-Dearborn, 54-49.

The Racers trailed most of the first quarter but their defense took over in the second holding the Wolverines to just one bucket the entire frame. It was a 16-2 quarter for UNOH as they took control and carried a 32-19 lead into the break.

UM-Dearborn chipped away at the lead in the third and carried that momentum into the fourth pulling within five, 43-38, with 6:47 left to play. From that point forward, the two teams were dead even matching 11-11 and giving the Racers their fifth win the their last six games to end the regular season.

Olivia Thompson and Lori Huffman were the only other Racers to hit double-figures putting up twelve points each. Huffman also bagged 17 total rebounds to earn her fourth double-double of the year.
