Softball Heads to Madonna, Will Take on Cornerstone in WHAC Tournament

With the final games of the softball regular season in the books, UNOH now knows their post season fate when the WHAC Tournament begins on Friday, April 24.
The brand new tournament format sees the top two teams hosting pods of four in a double-elimination format at each site. The winner of each pod will square off in a best of three series beginning May 1 with the higher seed hosting.
As the regular season champions, top seed No. 3 Madonna will host eight-seed Aquinas in game one followed by four-seed UNOH and five-seed Cornerstone in game two. The loser of each game will square off in a game three that will see one team eliminated on day one.
The second pod will be played at Indiana Tech where the two-seed Warriors take on seven-seed Lourdes followed by three-seed Lawrence Tech and six-seed UM-Dearborn.
