Racers Advance to ITA NAIA Indoor Semifinals
OVERLAND PARK, KS - UNOH men's tennis advanced to the semifinals of the ITA NAIA National Team Indoor Championship with a 4-2 win over No. 6 William Woods on Friday, February 2.
After dropping the first point of the match with a 2-1 loss in doubles, UNOH rallied to take four singles matchups and clinch a spot in the semifinals against Georgia Gwinnett.
Malik Omarkhanov and Martin Stanchev went 2-0 winning their No. 2 doubles and no. 3 and 4 singles matchups. The two other Racer points came from Daniel Vishnick in the the No. 2 spot and Mathieu Strauss at No. 5.

#6 Singles: Vitek Subert (WWU) vs. Nils Messin 6-2, 4-5 unfinished
With a trip to the Indoor Championship on the line, No. 3 UNOH will face off with No. 2 Tennessee Wesleyan in the semifinals on Saturday at 4:00 PM.
