VOLLEYBALL ANNOUNCES VERBAL COMMITMENTS



Women's Volleyball coming in 2008

The UNOH Racers will begin the expansion of their athletic program with the addition of women's volleyball in the fall of 2008. Head Coach Kevin Kitchen has released the verbal commitments for the inaugural season of UNOH Volleyball.

Roshelle Watercutter, a 5-9 outside hitter from Sidney, Ohio has verbally committed to play for the Racers in 2008. Watercutter is currently attending Edison State Community College after a storied prep career at Lehman High School. She is the first ever Racer volleyball recruit.

Kelly Oldiges, a 5-8 defensive specialist from Vandalia, Ohio has verbally committed to play for the Racers in 2008. Oldiges is currently attending the University of Cincinnati after a successful career at Vandalia-Butler High School.

Brooke Vandemark, a 5-10 outside hitter from Lima, Ohio has verbally committed to play for the Racers in 2008. Vandemark is currently a senior at Allen East High School.

Julie Bean, a 5-6 setter / defensive specialist from Christiansburg, Virginia has verbally committed to play for the Racers in 2008. Bean is currently a senior at Christiansburg High School.

Jessica Girod, a 5-10 middle blocker from Sidney, Ohio has verbally committed to play for the Racers in 2008. Girod is currently attending Edison State Community College where she recently finished up an unbelievable career. Prior to her stint at Edison, she played at Houston High School

Meagan Enyart, a 5-11 middle blocker from Lima, Ohio has verbally committed to play for the Racers in 2008. Enyart is a transfer from Ohio State University - Lima after previously attending Temple Christian High School

Chelsea Crow, a 5-6 defensive specialist from Lima, Ohio has verbally committed to play for the Racers in 2008. Crow is currently a senior at Lima Central Catholic High School where her team recently won the OHSAA Division 3 State Championship.

All of the athletes will sign an NAIA National Letter of Intent in the near future.
