Mike Shardo enters his first season as an assistant men's basketball coach at the University of Northwestern Ohio. Shardo comes to UNOH with 4 years of coaching experience.

Shardo spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Earlham College in Richmond, IN. His primary responsibilities included: daily practice planning, development of perimeter players, preparation of scouting reports along with helping coordinate the recruiting process.

Shardo received his bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University. Shardo resides in New Bremen, OH.
