A beautiful evening of racing took place on Friday, August 8th at Limaland Motorsports Park. The University of Northwestern Ohio Racing Teams both qualified for the A-Main event and even took him the McDonalds Dash for Cash. Boo Klenke started in the front row and led all 5 laps giving the UNOH Motorsports Team their first trip to victory lane in a main event.

After his win in the dash, Boo lined up in the first heat in row three. By the time they came around to complete lap one, Boo was in second place fueling from the excitement from his win earlier. Boo would finish second to guarantee him a spot in the A-Main.

Logan Wyse would start in row two of the third heat. He found himself involved in a caution flag on lap four. He had to restart at the tail and would finish in fifth also earning him a trip to the A-Main.

After the dice roll for the inversion for the A-Main, Boo would start on the poll. Logan would line up in the 15th position. Wyse was involved in a yellow flag on the first lap. He would have to restart at the back. He came all the way back to finish 7th. Klenke was running second and battling for first with Barney Craig. On lap 14, Boo was involved in a wreck on the back stretch with fellow competitor Tim Bowen. By the time the cars stopped, Klenke's car was on top of the #77 car of Tim Bowen which brought out the red flag. Both Klenke and Bowen would walk away unhurt. The race was over and Boo ended his night with a 13th place finish.
