LIMA – In planning for the first Lady Racers Fastpitch Academy camp, University of Northwestern Ohio softball coach Tracy Coffman thought about 50 campers would be a successful number. So imagine her surprise when the camp, held last Sunday in Racer Gymansium, attracted well over 100 area youth softball players.

The University of Northwestern Ohio baseball team made that goal a reality with an 11-4 win in Game 2 of a doubleheader Friday at Cornerstone University. The Golden Eagles won the first game 8-7 in 13 innings.
