Zyler was regarded as one of the top middle infielders coming out of the state of Kentucky in the class of 2010. A four year letter award winner from Tates Creek High School, Zyler was named to the All-City team twice, once in 2009 and again in 2010. A vibrant infielder who possess 6.8 60yd speed, secured his position this fall by demonstrating his ability to play fundamental baseball. "Zyler is one of the most exciting baseball players that I have coached in my 11 years. His range will be unmatched by any 2B in the conference and with experience and maturity, Zyler has a chance to become a very special player for UNOH."

Zyler is the son of Aaron and Melinda Cosby who reside in Lexington, Kentucky
