In 2016, Stuart Gore entered his fourth season at the helm of the University of Northwestern Ohio women's soccer program, and he has built the Racers into a national contender. His program won UNOH's first ever NAIA National Championship on Dec. 3, 2016, with a 1-0 victory over Spring Arbor University.

Jen Dervarics starts her fourth season as the assistant coach of the University of Northwestern Ohio women's soccer program. While with the Racers, Devarics has assisted UNOH in its two WHAC regular season championships, two WHAC tournament crowns, and the NAIA National Finals appearance.

Elisa Brito joined the UNOH staff in 2016 and begins her first season as an assistant coach. Before coming to UNOH, Brito had her college career at Oklahoma Baptist University and played her senior year at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. She was a four-year starter and team captain from her sophomore year to her senior season. After graduating, Brito played professionally for NWSL Kansas City FC, SE Kindermann and was also part of the Brazilian National U17 and U20 Teams, winning the South American Tournament in 2010.
