Amanda Francis led all scorers with 20 points against UM-Dearborn

DEARBORN, Mich. - The hot streak continued as the University of Northwestern Ohio women's basketball team beat UM-Dearborn 87-71 on Wednesday for the Lady Racers' fourth straight win.

UNOH improved to 14-11 overall and 8-5 in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference. In two games against the Wolves (3-20, 2-11 WHAC) this season, the Lady Racers scored 187 points.

Shaye Warman scored 14 of her 16 points in the first half. She scored four points during a 12-2 run which sent the game from a 20-20 tie to a 32-22 UNOH advantage.

Amanda Francis led UNOH and all scorers with 20 points, going 10-for-10 on 2-point shots. She added six rebounds.

Rebecca Puckett added 15 points, making 6-of-9 field goals, and five rebounds. Warman led the Lady Racers with seven boards as they held a 44-26 edge in rebounding.

The Lady Racers return to Michigan on Saturday for their next game, against Siena Heights University.
