Leah is a 5'11" Freshman from Romeo High School in Romeo, MI. Leah is a post player and received Macomb Area Conference-All Academic Team, All-Star basketball team- Tier 1 3rd Team All-Star, All County Basketball Team- All Macomb County Fourth Team, and 2011 Macomb County Team of the Year.

Leah is the daughter of Ann and Mark Konieczki and plans to major in Accounting while attending UNOH. She has two older sisters Lindsay and Lauren and a brother, Christian.

Coach Menchhofer stated about Konieczki, "Leah is athletic and hard working. She brings energy when she steps on the court. She is not afraid to get physical and play aggressive. Leah will be an outstanding student athlete and a positive addition to the Racer Basketball Program."
